Seedling
Seedling equips women entrepreneurs with financial support, mentorship, and resources. We take inspiration from Lydia, a businesswoman in Acts 16 who built a thriving trade while remaining devoted to God. Seedling exists to raise forward-thinking women who lead in their fields without checking their faith at the door.
Women are one of the driving forces behind Ghana’s economy. From our markets to our communities, women build businesses, create jobs, and sustain families every day. Yet despite their contribution, many women entrepreneurs continue to face barriers to growth . From limited access to funding and business education to persistent gender inequalities. Too often, these obstacles leave women economically vulnerable, making financial dependence or unsafe survival strategies feel like the only option.
Seedling exists to change that. By equipping women with practical business skills, mentorship, and access to opportunity, we help women build thriving businesses, strengthen communities, and create a future where dignity, independence, and safety are never out of reach.
