Heart and Soul
Heart & Soul is a community of women pursuing deeper friendships with God and one another. Through Bible studies, holistic workshops and gatherings women are encouraged to grow in faith, build authentic relationships, and navigate life’s seasons together.
Heart and Soul is not a virtual lecture hall, but sisters getting cozy and real.
Weekly Bible study
A culture of authenticity and deep relationship ; inviting people into the dailiness of life with a simple invitation: “follow me as I follow Jesus.”
Themed workshops
We run workshops to target specific areas of need. We believe that our relationships with one another and God must all translate to real life.
Social events
We gather, in homes and cafes, to spend time building genuine friendship and enjoy one another. We've got a lot of interests (including the Bible!) so our events are great for discovering who we are deep down.
